The apartment offers space for 5 people on 90 m² and is therefore the perfect spot for your family holidays with children or your friends in Val Gardena. The apartment provides two bedrooms, one with washing sink and balcony the other one with walk-in wardrobe, a bright, spacious sitting room with large dining table and nice view, a fully equipped kitchen with small seating area and a bathroom with tub, washing machine and extra toilet. From the balcony you enjoy a wide view on Ortisei and the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites.

• The prices are per week and apartment for the indicated number of persons. Credit cards or cashpoint cards are not accepted.
• Check in: starting at 2 p.m. on the day of arrival.
• Check out: before 9.30 a.m. on the day of departure.
• The prices include: VAT, electricity, hot water, heating and linen.
• Free parking place in front of the house.
• Since 01.01.2015 a 'temporary visitor' tax is levied on all stays in accommodation establishments. This tax is of Euro 1,40 per adult person (over the age of 14) and night and is not included in the mentioned prices for the apartment. It has to be paid before leaving.
